UH-OH! ENTERED IN WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT 

Contact us within 1 - 2 hours of purchasing your item so we can update your address. Once the order goes into production we CANNOT change this, therefore you will be responsible for repurchasing another item with the correct address.

SHIPPED TO UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS 

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

LOST IN TRANSIT

If your item is lost in transit we will send another free of charge.

ITEM STATES DELIVERED BUT DIDN'T GET IT?

We are not responsible for items that state "delivered" and are nowhere to be found. We are not responsible for items that are stolen upon delivery. You will have to repurchase.
